RETURNING APPAREL, FOOTWEAR, AND ACCESSORIES? 

We want to ensure you are satisfied with our product. If there is a printing defect, tear, or any other issue please provide a photo of the issue and your order number in an email to Stephanie at customerservice@phenomelite.com
-- We will proceed with the proper refund procedure and replace the item. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or any other reasons due to print on demand production.  

WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND?

Print on demand is the process that we use to create one of a kind products for your program or school. They are made from scratch each time you order and shipped directly to your door from our printing warehouses. This allows us to keep fresh designs coming and provide you with the best quality items possible. 

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE? 

We are sorry to hear that! We ask that you double check that your package has not been misplaced by another family member or neighbor. If your package still seems to be missing please file a ‘missing mailpiece’ claim with USPS to locate your package.

WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING PROVIDER? 

In most cases, we ship with the United States Postal Service. (USPS). Typically USPS delivers all days except Sunday. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This varies based on the type of item. Any cut & sew, fully sublimated item can take 10-12 days to deliver. Examples of these types of items are any item with a heather or camo pattern. Other items typically take 5-7 days to deliver. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Phenom Fans ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders. 

DISCOUNT CODES 

Unless otherwise noted, use of one discount code per order is standard. You may not use two discount codes on the same order. 

ORDER INFORMATION

Phenom Fans is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by the customer during the ordering process. Phenom Elite will ship to the shipping address provided unless it is incomplete. In the event that an address is incomplete, Phenom Fans will contact the customer to complete the address and fulfill the order.

Any on field type of item (Gloves, Cleats, Socks, Bands, Mouthguards, etc.) can be found on www.phenomelitebrand.com and is not available on www.phenomfans.com.
